The Rapid-Assembly Intelligent Negative Pressure Isolation System is a modular biosafety solution designed for on-site rapid deployment. Composed of multiple independent modules — including buffer units, sampling units, rapid-testing units, isolation units, transfer corridors, PPE removal units, decontamination units, and a power module — the entire system can be quickly assembled on location to form a complete screening and isolation facility.

Its intelligent, multi-functional design integrates screening, rapid testing, observation, and patient transfer into a single connected workflow — while providing dedicated space for personnel to change protective equipment and for medical staff to safely conduct preliminary screening of suspected patients.

Designed for deployment at international airport arrival and departure corridors, seaport and land border checkpoints, and other high-density public entry points requiring continuous passenger screening. The system is equally suited for temporary screening facilities during public health emergencies, providing rapid testing, isolation, and observation capabilities on demand.
1. Fully Modular, Rapid Assembly
Constructed from colored aluminum profiles and tempered glass, the system assembles on-site into a complete pass-through screening channel. A standard configuration covers 18 m² per module (3m × 6m), expandable by combining multiple units.
2. BSL-2+ Protection Standard
The overall structure meets biosafety laboratory requirements, achieving BSL-2+ protection level for reliable containment during screening operations.
3. Complete Functional Zones
Integrates screening channels, observation/isolation areas, item disinfection zones, and a dedicated power module — supporting the full workflow from screening to transfer within one connected system.
4. Touch-Free Automatic Doors
Entry and exit doors (1250mm × 2550mm) feature touch-free automatic open/close operation, minimizing contact and cross-contamination risk.
5. Intelligent Negative Pressure Gradient
The system automatically maintains a negative pressure gradient throughout, ensuring air always flows in a controlled, directional manner from clean to contaminated zones.
6. Climate & Air Purification Control
Integrated air conditioning maintains interior temperature between 15°C and 29°C year-round, with continuous PM2.5 air purification for occupant comfort and safety.
7. Integrated Disinfection Systems
Equipped with a preset spray disinfection system, UV or ozone air disinfection, a terminal disinfection timer, and an internationally standardized fumigation quick-connect interface.
8. High-Intensity LED Lighting
LED lighting system provides no less than 400 lux illumination with centralized control, electrically interlocked with the UV disinfection lamps for operator safety.
9. Privacy Glass Partitioning
Areas requiring privacy can be partitioned using switchable smart glass (electronically dimmable).
10. Full Monitoring & Communication
Integrated intercom call system, entry/exit traffic-light indicators, and a complete 360° camera, surveillance, audio recording, and broadcast system — enabling full remote monitoring and control of the entire screening process.
