FU-221B Movable Negative Pressure Isolation Room
The FU-221B Biosafety Negative Pressure Isolation Room is a patented product independently developed and manufactured by Cleanair Group. It is a compact, movable biosafety isolation unit designed to block the transmission of infectious diseases.
In the event of a suspected respiratory infectious disease outbreak involving humans or animals, the FU-221B provides an immediate temporary containment space — rapidly isolating suspected patients from susceptible populations, effectively interrupting transmission at the earliest possible stage.
Designed for deployment at airports, seaports, railway stations, border checkpoints, emergency medical centers, infectious disease hospitals, fever clinics, CDC facilities, and other high-density public venues where rapid isolation is critical.
1. Aviation-Inspired Enclosure Design Steel-frame construction with full powder coating. Five-sided tempered glass panels provide 360° visibility into the isolation space, eliminating any sense of confinement.
2. Mobile & Flexible Four heavy-duty swivel casters on the base allow easy repositioning and locking — deployable anywhere within minutes.
3. Reliable Negative Pressure Sealing All structural joints are fully sealed. The interior maintains a stable negative pressure environment, preventing outward air leakage and pathogen escape.
4. Hygienic Interior Design All interior contact surfaces feature smooth, rounded transitions. The anti-slip steel floor plate includes a drainage outlet for easy interior cleaning and disinfection.
5. Biosafety Pass-Through Window A built-in biosafety transfer window on the front panel allows safe delivery of supplies to the patient without breaking containment.
6. Cross-Flow Ventilation Fan Internal cross-flow fan promotes air circulation, ensuring comfort for the occupant and reducing psychological stress during extended isolation periods.
7. Touch Screen & Remote Control Operation All functions are operated via an LCD touch screen panel. A wireless remote control is also provided as an alternative.
8. Two-Way Intercom System An intercom call button inside the unit allows the occupant to alert and communicate with personnel outside at any time.
9. Wireless Remote Monitoring An integrated Wi-Fi camera enables real-time remote monitoring of occupant activity and audio inside the unit.
10. 3-Hour Battery Backup Following disconnection from mains power, the unit continues full operation for a minimum of 3 hours on internal UPS battery. Extended backup duration available on request.
11. Mains Power Charging A power inlet and switch on the lower right front panel allows connection to a standard 220V mains supply for continuous operation or battery recharging.
12. Emergency Alarm Button An emergency call button inside the unit allows the occupant to immediately alert outside personnel in urgent situations.
13. UV Disinfection System UV disinfection devices are installed both inside the unit and within the pass-through window. The interior UV lamp is controlled by a human presence sensor — automatically deactivating when an occupant enters the unit.
