The BX-800L Lab Coat Sterilization Cabinet is a purpose-built disinfection solution for biosafety laboratories, medical facilities, pharmaceutical plants, and food processing environments. Combining dual-mode ozone and UV sterilization, it effectively eliminates viruses, bacteria, and pathogens from lab coats and protective garments — preventing cross-contamination between the laboratory environment and the outside world.
Featuring a touch-screen control panel, real-time monitoring of ozone concentration, temperature and humidity, and an automatic catalytic ozone decomposition system, the BX-800L delivers safe, fully automated sterilization with minimal operator intervention. Its electric door lock ensures the cabinet remains sealed throughout the full disinfection cycle, releasing only when the process is complete and ozone levels have returned to safe levels.
The BX-800L is designed for any facility where protective garments must meet strict hygiene standards before leaving the controlled environment, including biosafety laboratories, hospital infection control departments, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, and CDC centers.
1. Dual-Mode Sterilization: Ozone + UV Two independent disinfection systems operate in combination — ozone gas penetrates fabric fibers for deep sterilization, while UV lamps provide surface-level pathogen elimination.
2. Catalytic Ozone Decomposition After each ozone disinfection cycle, the built-in catalytic decomposition system automatically breaks down residual ozone inside the cabinet before the door is unlocked — ensuring operator safety and eliminating hazardous gas release.
3. Touch Screen Control Panel An intuitive touch-screen interface provides real-time display of ozone concentration, temperature, humidity, remaining disinfection time, and operational status. Operation and alarm logs are stored for traceability.
4. Electric Door Lock The cabinet door remains locked throughout the entire disinfection cycle and only releases automatically once the cycle is fully complete — preventing accidental opening and ozone leakage.
5. Door Interlock Safety System If the door is forced open during operation (creating a gap of more than 2cm), the ozone generator and UV lamps immediately shut down as a safety measure.
6. Leakage Protection Built-in 30mA residual current protection immediately cuts power in the event of an electrical fault, preventing electric shock hazards.
7. Adjustable Disinfection Timer UV disinfection time is adjustable from 0 to 999 minutes; ozone disinfection time is adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes — adaptable to different garment types and contamination levels.
